Terms of Service

 

By registering and using the TripleQUIKads website you agree to the following terms:
  1. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
  2. Members join solely on their own risk.
  3. Members must provide TripleQUIKads with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
  4. TripleQUIKads has 2 types of members, Free & Upgraded.
  5. Membership includes the ability to send email advertisements to a random number of TripleQUIKads members according to the membership level explained throughout the site. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT ACTUAL EMAIL ADDRESSES, MEMBERS USE A WEB FORM TO SUBMIT AN EMAIL ADVERTISEMENT THEN THAT EMAIL IS SENT TO THE MEMBERSHIP VIA TRIPLEQUIKADS.COM. ALL MEMBER EMAIL ADDRESSES REMAIN PRIVATE AND WILL NEVER BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED.
  6. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, TripleQUIKads at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
  7. Members may not (i) activate or use more than one Member account; (ii) select or use a Email Address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iv) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
  8. By signing up for the TripleQUIKads program and confirming their email address, Member is opting-in to receive emails from TripleQUIKads which may include member solo ads from TripleQUIKads. You are also opting in to receive emails from your Direct Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime , with the understanding that you forfeit and unpaid commissions.
  9. TripleQUIKads reserves the right to track and record Member's IP Address in case of fraud.
  10. TripleQUIKads has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel a Member's membership in and access to the TripleQUIKads Website and the TripleQUIKads program. If a cancellation is executed by the company and fraud was not involved the member will be paid any unpaid commissions, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by TripleQUIKads. It is not our policy to suspend or cancel memberships without cause, but we reserve the right to determine what violates our company standards and vision and take the appropriate actions.
  11. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
  12. TripleQUIKads shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision TripleQUIKads makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
  13. Member agrees not to use any guaranteed downline building service in order to inflate their referrals. Many of these services provide what turns out to be useless members and wasted bandwidth.
  14. Member's discontinued participation in the TripleQUIKads program or failure to notify TripleQUIKads of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.
  15. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the TripleQUIKads program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
  16. Member understands that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $10. We reserve the right to change this minimum amount should the need arise.
  17. Member understands that the earnings and bonuses are rewards and bonuses on email advertising purchases and are not guaranteed in anyway.
  18. TripleQUIKads is not an investment opportunity, we do not sell stocks or bonds or any other security. Our members earn income based on the sale of email advertisements both from direct referral purchases and non-member ad purchases. There is no guarantee of how long it takes to earn income or rewards, this is completely based on the effort of your team and your sponsors team.
  19. Member acknowledges that they have read all terms and other information throughout the site and are in complete agreement with all terms and conditions however stated throughout this site.
  20. Free Affiliate Sales Requirements - "Free" Affiliates that wish to be an affiliate with TripleQUIKads must abide by all the terms listed throughout the site. There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $25 in order to request commissions. We reserve the right to change this mimimum as the needs arise. There are no additional sales requirements on Free Affiliates except for the withdrawal requirement.

Earnings disclaimer

No income or commission is guaranteed in any way. This is not an investment opportunity - we DON'T sell any securities, stocks, bonds, shares or any other form of financial instruments. This is not a revenue or profit share nor is it any other type of fraudulent scheme. Check local laws before you join. This website is void were prohibited. 

FRAUD Policy

Any member found committing fraud will lose their account and all funds in it.

Refund Policy

Member understands that there are no refunds and all sales are final. Members receive access to our internal email system, which gives them the right to send email advertisements to a random number of members, as well as advertising service for their website. There are no refunds even if the member has not used the email system. Members purchases contribute to affiliate earnings, which are dispersed to the appropriate members, which means, commissions are paid  near the time of a purchase. Hence, the no refund policy even if the system is not used by the member.

Removal Policy

Unsubscribing to the site is possible via our support system. All account removals are final and can not be undone at a later time. Refunds are not issued if accounts are removed.

Applicable Advertising Use Policy

You must use the TripleQUIKads Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The following are examples of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the TripleQUIKads Services. TripleQUIKads reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in TripleQUIKads's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending Content from the TripleQUIKads Services and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, Content that, in the sole discretion of TripleQUIKads:

  • is patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
  • harasses or advocates harassment of another person
  • exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
  • contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website
  • solicits personal information from anyone under 18
  • publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person
  • constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
  • constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work
  • involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"
  • contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page)
  • furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
  • solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users
  • involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from TripleQUIKads such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes
  • includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent or
  • violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, defamation rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Site and through the use of the TripleQUIKads Services. TripleQUIKads reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in TripleQUIKads's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography or erotica, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, "pyramid scemes," Ponzi schemes, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets
  • advertising to, or solicitation of, any User to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the TripleQUIKads Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Users
  • circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the TripleQUIKads Services
  • forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any posting, or in any way use the Site or TripleQUIKads Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information
  • activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network
  • interfering with the access of any User, host or network to the Site
  • covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any TripleQUIKads page via HTML/CSS or any other means
  • including any HTML, CSS or other coding on your personal profile page, including, without limitation, any hidden or otherwise surreptitiously contained code in the Content which is unrelated to the immediate aesthetic nature of the Content
  • any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to send images or videos
  • interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the TripleQUIKads Services or the networks or services connected to the TripleQUIKads Services
  • impersonating or attempting to impersonate another User, person or entity
  • using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account
  • selling or otherwise transferring your profile
  • using any information obtained from the TripleQUIKads Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, or attempting to do the same
  • displaying an unauthorized commercial advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the TripleQUIKads Services on behalf of that person
  • deleting, or in any manner altering, the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices appearing on any Content except your own Content
  • using any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a TripleQUIKads name, trademark, URL or product name without TripleQUIKads's express written consent
  • attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any TripleQUIKads Service or breach any security or authentication measures
  • collecting or store personal data about other users without their express permission
  • impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, through pretexting or any other form of social engineering, or otherwise commiting fraud or
  • using the TripleQUIKads Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the TripleQUIKads program and properly terminate his or her membership.
